Dr. Girija has over 20 years in higher education, specializing in faculty development for higher education, EdTech integration in Teaching and Learning, and mentoring for workplace relevance. She leads digital learning and workplace learning initiatives for faculty development in Republic Polytechnic. She was Awarded the National Day Award (Bronze) in 2018 and is passionate about enhancing authentic learning in professional environments.
